A LITTLE HELP
Let’s get you back.
Find your way into your book, keep a copy, or get help with a connection.
I can’t sign in
Use the email you originally registered with. On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot your password?” if needed. Check Spam and open the newest reset email.
If you haven’t confirmed your email, choose “Need a confirmation email?” Each parent uses their own account.
I’m being asked to join my own family
A parent invitation and a Family Circle link give different access. Sign in with the email your partner invited, then open your account’s family setup. Your parent invitation should appear there.

Try the same address on Wi-Fi and cellular data. If one works, a network filter or an old saved address may be involved. If you use Pi-hole or another DNS filter, check its query log for getwonderfullymade.com.
A different browser can help narrow it down. Avoid deleting the installed app or clearing your browsing data as a first step.
Who can see our photos and notes?
Parents share access to their baby book. Approved relatives see only the memories and calendar entries you choose to share. Calendar times and notes stay private.
You can review invitations and remove access from Family settings.
Review family accessHow do I keep a copy?
Parents can download their book data and original photos from Account → Backups. Save a new copy after adding important memories.
Downloads can help you recover photos and text later. They cannot automatically restore your account or replace deleted records in the app.
