Your family’s data.

Wonderfully Made stores the names, due date, appointments, notes, faith preference, and photos you choose to add. You and your partner share full access to your family book. Extended relatives see only what you choose to share.

Family Circle

Photos, diary entries, and calendar entries start as Just us. Sharing a memory includes its photo, title, date, author name, and diary text. Shared calendar entries include only the title, date, and kind; times and details stay private. Parents may separately share the weekly growth guide and faith encouragement. Monthly family stories include only shared content.

An invitation link lets a signed-in person request access. Either parent must approve them before they can view updates. Parents see their name and account email. Approved members can comment and react; their display names and comments are visible within that circle. Parents can remove comments, members, and sharing access. Links expire after 30 days and can be replaced or disabled. Removing access prevents future retrieval; it cannot erase copies someone already saved.

A pending invitation may be remembered on your device for up to one day so you can finish email sign-in. It is cleared after the request is submitted. Deleting your account removes your circle memberships, comments, and reactions. Deleting the book owner’s account removes that entire circle.

Names, letters, and announcements

Each parent’s name favorites are private; matching favorites are visible to both parents. Only names explicitly added to the shared shortlist are visible for family voting. Private gender details never create an announcement automatically. Publishing a reveal creates a shared memory; unsharing it cannot erase copies already seen or saved. Family predictions are visible within the approved circle. Birth results are shared only when a parent chooses.

Letters are visible only to their author and the parents. Parents can mark letters to keep in the baby book. Deleting an account removes its predictions, votes, favorites, email preferences, and unkept letters. Kept letters remain in the baby book under “Former family member”; remove a letter before deleting your account if you do not want it retained.

Email updates and downloads

Email notifications use Resend and are off until each person opts in. Members can choose emails for each new shared memory, a Sunday roundup, and new pregnancy weeks. Access and sharing status are checked before delivery. Emails link back to the signed-in circle rather than attaching private photos. Any email can be used to unsubscribe. Minimal delivery records are retained to prevent duplicate messages; failed delivery payloads are held temporarily for retries. Your monthly keepsake download contains the shared items you select, including photos, and can be saved outside this app.

Accounts and storage

The current beta is hosted with OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare database and file storage. When email sign-in is enabled, Supabase manages passwords, confirmation emails, and login sessions. Essential cookies keep you signed in. The app has no advertising or tracking analytics added by its developer.

Family access

A family owner can invite or replace a partner. Invited partners can view and edit the shared calendar and memories. Uploaded photos are checked against family membership before being served. Keep your password private and only invite someone you want to share your book with.

Your choices

Faith content is optional. You can edit entries, remove photos, and download journal and calendar records. Original photos can be saved from each memory or downloaded in ZIP backups from Account. Backups contain private book data and original photos, are not password protected, and are saved to your device. They are manual copies; automatic restore is not available.

Deleting your account

With email accounts enabled, use Account settings to request deletion. Deleting the family owner’s account also deletes the shared book and removes the partner’s access. Deleting a partner’s account leaves their shared contributions in the family book, attributed to a former family member. Remove any unwanted contributions first. Deletion removes active app records and photo objects. A minimal deletion marker is retained to prevent an old account from reclaiming a deleted book; infrastructure backups and provider logs follow the providers’ retention schedules.

Development guides link to NHS sources. Fruit comparisons and due dates are approximate. This app is a journal and general information tool, not a medical record or a substitute for your prenatal team.

Beta support

This release is for invited testing. Visit Help for sign-in and connection guidance, or contact the person who invited you if you cannot access account controls. A public support contact and final store privacy disclosures must be in place before a general App Store release.
